Details of selected program/Project during the evaluation period (2010-2021)

 Intermediate program has been the key project of Tabani’s foundation to produce exceptional performance in the Board of intermediate education

  The aims and objectives of Tabani’s Collage

 Preparation for Higher Education:

 To prepare students for university and for professional Qualifications by providing them with a strong academic foundation.

 Academic Excellence:

 To offer high-quality education, focusing on academic rigor and excellence which includes maintaining rigorous curriculum standards and encouraging students to perform at their best academically.

 Holistic Development:

 Besides academics, the college's aim is to foster the holistic development of students. This includes promoting character development, critical thinking skills, communication skills, and personal growth.

 Community Engagement!

 The college aim is to engage with the local community, fostering a sense of social responsibility among students. This can involve community service by collecting donations for aggrieved persons at the time of natural calamity.

 Flexibility in Education:

 The colleges offers flexible education options, such as Commerce, Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical & General Science (Computer science) allowing students to choose from a range of courses and tailor their educational path to their interests and goals.

 Assessment and Evaluation:

 The college's aim is to assess and evaluate student performance rigorously, providing feedback to both students and parents on progress and areas for improvement.

 Life Skills Development:

 To develop essential life skills, such as time management & problem-solving among college students.

 Support Services:

 To give academic and personal support services to help students success. This can include tutoring, counseling, career guidance, and mentorship programs.

 Promotion of co-curricular activities:

 To arrange activities like poster & painting, speech, quiz, futsal, soccer, scrabble, carom, table tennis, badminton, throw-ball, and cricket etc to build team spirit, confidence & decision-making personality traits among students.

 

Timeline of implementation/starting date in case of programs

This project started Jan the 1^st 2021 in the mid of Covid but grabbed the attention of students due to its features.

Target Groups/Beneficiaries

 Scholarship holders have always been the beneficiaries of Tabani’s foundation.
